BRENT RICE

Brent’s most discernible qualities are that he is capable, creative, conscientious, and serves others with a very genuine spirit to represent his clients' interests with a deep conviction toward their objectives.  Keeping PRIVATE MATTERS PRIVATE is why many know Brent as a trustworthy agent who has thrived for decades.  His ability to communicate while remaining accessible via various technologies ensures that his clients are confident that they can directly benefit from Brent's 30+ years of real estate, aviation and finance expertise.

As a graduate of Texas Tech University, Brent earned a BBA degree in Finance - Real Estate and has maintained a real estate license since 1988 and a mortgage license in Texas while achieving various certifications including a short sale foreclosure resource, new home builder specialist, and a certified residential listing specialist. He has also completed the curriculum for the coveted CCIM designation among commercial real estate practitioners. Brent has been known as a high achiever throughout his lifetime.

Brent is actively involved in his community and has served in many volunteer roles with Big Brothers Big Sisters, coaching various youth sports, acting as past Board President for his Homeowners' Association, current Chair for the Architectural Control Committee (ACC), and past Treasurer / current President for the local high school baseball program.
